Just to clarify some confusion around the link for the JobKeeper payment. It seems that the ATO message is confusing as many business owners believe they are registering for job keeper payments.
The link is for updates and communication only, it doesn’t register our clients for Job keeper payments, there will be an application process once the legislation is enacted.
Beware of scams claiming to be a registration process. Apparently there have been reports of unscrupulous characters creating false registrations to skim personal details.
Only use this if your client wishes to be updated directly from the ATO.
Tip: Only put your practice contact on 1 registration or you will be inundated with updates. We will keep you updated as soon as more information comes to hand.
